Org Comm Development
The term organizational communication is vague and, to some extent, ambiguous. In some cases, it is used to denominate communication processes that occur within the organization – this is why we refer to org comm in our program as the internal track (as opposed to the PR or external track). In this case, the subject of study are all those communication strategies that deal with audiences that are in one way or another related to the organization (employees, donors, volunteers, stockholders, …)
In other occasions, authors use the term organizational communication to study communication strategies and techniques in the corporate world.
