In this learning unit you can find a series of articles, books and book chapters you can use to familiarize yourself with the most common research methods and style guidelines in the field of communication studies. Our goal is to provide students with the information needed to understand the specific literature and to write scientific papers for the different courses of the program. You do not need, for instance to study in depth the book on research methods for this course. You just need a basic understanding of the logical difference between quantitative and qualitative methodologies, become aware of their pros and cons. And yet, the book will be a great aid for further courses and assignments in our master’s program and beyond.
